Mold silicone rubber is a highly elastic material based on silicone rubber, which is usually cured through addition (catalyzed by platinum) or condensation (catalyzed by peroxide) reactions. It features an extremely low shrinkage rate (<0.1%), excellent detail replication ability, high-temperature resistance (-50°C to 250°C), and anti-aging performance. Moreover, it is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, with some models meeting food-grade (FDA) and medical standards. It is mainly used for making flexible molds and is suitable for replicating complex models (such as figurines, sculptures, jewelry), food molds (chocolate, candy), dental impressions and industrial casting. Its flexibility ensures that the prototype is not damaged during demolding and it can be reused dozens of times, making it the preferred material for precision mold flipping.

We are a factory since 1976 .Our factory is about 3000 square meters ,Our capability is about 200000 tons one year .

There are about 1000 employees in our factory. 900 for production, and 100 for office people.
