Industrial grade zinc oxide (ZnO) is a high purity inorganic compound produced through an indirect (American) process, ensuring a purity ≥99.7% with the lowest heavy metal content. This type of ZnO has uniform particle size (0.5-1 μm) and excellent chemical stability, making it an ideal choice for traditional industrial applications. It acts as a vulcanizing agent in rubber manufacturing, significantly improving the elasticity, abrasion resistance, and thermal stability of rubber. Additionally, it serves as a cost-effective additive in ceramics, glass, and coatings, enhancing durability and opacity. With low lead/cadmium content (<10 ppm), it complies with strict environmental and industrial standards (ISO, REACH).
