High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is a semi-crystalline, non-polar thermoplastic resin produced through the low-pressure polymerization of ethylene monomers, enhanced with small amounts of α-olefin comonomers. Its linear molecular configuration with minimal branching ensures exceptional crystallinity (70-90%) and density (0.941-0.965 g/cm³), offering remarkable rigidity, outstanding chemical resistance, and superior mechanical strength.Our HDPE granules are meticulously optimized for injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion processes,guaranteeing excellent dimensional stability and a flawless surface finish.

High Mechanical Strength: Boasting a tensile strength of up to 32 MPa (ASTM D638)
Chemical Resistance: Effectively resists acids, alkalis, and solvents, making it ideal for fuel tanks & chemical containers.
