Ribbed Smoked Sheet (RSS) is a traditional form of natural rubber produced by coagulating latex from rubber trees and drying it with smoke.Features a ribbed pattern (to prevent sticking) and ranges in color from light amber to dark brown (depending on smoking intensity).Approximately 0.92-0.94 g/cm³, slightly lighter than water.High elasticity with excellent tensile strength (uncured rubber has ~20-30 MPa tensile strength).Softens at around 120°C; prone to flow at high temperatures.Primarily natural rubber (polyisoprene, >90%), with small amounts of proteins, fatty acids, and ash. Contains unsaturated double bonds, making it suitable for vulcanization but susceptible to oxidation (requires anti-aging agents).Soluble in non-polar solvents (e.g., benzene, gasoline), resistant to alkalis but not strong acids.Can be cross-linked with sulfur to enhance mechanical properties.Requires mastication to reduce viscosity; suitable for calendering, extrusion, etc.

We are a factory since 1976 .Our factory is about 3000 square meters ,Our capability is about 200000 tons one year .

We can produce 100 tons each day,and for exporting 500 containers around.

We inspect three steps:raw material inspection,during production inspection and before warehousing inspection.
6. How often do you inspect your products?
For physical testing,we test every batch,it's about every one hundred meters.
For the surface and size,we check every roll after production and before warehousing.
7. Can you print our logo on the rubber sheet or package bags?
Yes,we can print the logo as customer's design.
8. What certificate have you passed?
Our factory has passed ISO9001.Our product has passed reach standard testing,and SGS certificate.

First ,find the reason ,it is the products problem or damaged by the transportation ,no matter what the reason is ,we will change a new part .
