High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is a semi-crystalline, non-polar thermoplastic resin produced through the low-pressure polymerization of ethylene monomers, often with small amounts of α-olefin comonomers. Its linear molecular structure with minimal branching results in high crystallinity (70-90%) and density (0.941-0.965 g/cm³), delivering exceptional rigidity, chemical resistance, and mechanical strength.Our HDPE granules are optimized for injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion processes, ensuring excellent dimensional stability and surface finish. |
