Q8: During shipping, if there is damage to the products, how do you obtain a replacement? During the shipping process, we collaborate closely with our shipping agency to diligently safeguard the integrity of your goods. Should any damage occur, the agency will assume responsibility for the damage. In instances where the issues are not exceedingly severe, we are committed to assisting you and will provide compensation for the damaged parts.
