Key Properties:

  • High stiffness with a Flexural Modulus of 1350-1500 MPa, ensuring robust and durable end products.

  • Exhibits remarkable thermal resistance with a Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) of 55-60°C at 1.82MPa.

  • Complies with food contact standards (FDA 21 CFR 177.1520), making it safe for consumer goods.

  • Density: 0.905-0.915 g/cm³, offering a lightweight yet durable material solution.

Applications: Ideal for creating versatile products such as storage containers, industrial components, caps, closures, and a range of disposable items. Perfectly suited for injection molding processes at a melt temperature of 190-220°C.
