Mold flipping silicone is a soft rubber material used to replicate the shape of objects, especially suitable for making fine models or handicrafts. It is as soft as plasticine, but after curing, it becomes elastic and can be reused repeatedly. When in use, just mix the two types of liquid glue (Glue A and glue B) in proportion evenly, then pour it onto the object to be replicated. After a few hours, it will harden and take shape.

This silicone can perfectly replicate the details of objects, such as patterns, text and even fingerprints, and it won't stick to the original object. Demolding is very convenient. It can withstand high temperatures and is not afraid of water. The molds made can be used multiple times to cast materials such as resin, gypsum or wax. Common silicone molds come in different types, soft and hard. The soft ones are suitable for complex shapes, while the hard ones are more durable. When operating, be careful to avoid bubbles. You can eliminate them by gently shaking or vacuuming. After complete curing, a precise replication mold can be obtained.

We are a factory since 1976 .Our factory is about 3000 square meters ,Our capability is about 200000 tons one year .
